Happy THANKS GIVING
I know it’s not till tomorrow but you will all be spending time with your families if you hail from the States. So from my family to yours have a HAPPY THANKS GIVING DAY tomorrow and recovery day afterwards. From what I have been told on the forums it’s a real mega feast for most of you and it sounds like a lovely family tradition for a whole nation to celebrate.

I got my laptop serviced and cleaned and it is running so much better and cooler too!! No where near as hot as it was before. Thank you Hubby for urging me to take it in 
It obviously seriously needed the service and clean!
Okay so I whipped up this add on that you can purchase in my SAS or DPH stores, it is the perfect companion to my Joyful Journey kit in those lovely blues and pale yellows.

I’m happy to say it is cooler today here in Sydney. We hit 42 degrees yesterday and my poor laptop which has been overheating just did not like it one bit. I will be taking the poor thing off to my computer geek for a service. I had excellent service from this store just after Christmas when I got my upgrade done and so I will be heading off to Express Computer Repairs again for the service. A bit of a drive but so worth it for the great service.
Okay well I’ll leave it at that for now. I hope everyone is well and that all my American readers are getting ready for a great Thanks Giving feast

A Joyful Journey
I am posting this on hubby’s pc as mine is still overheating and losing it’s connection to the net whenever I am in the middle of posting something so I thought I would save some time and go straight on here after about the fifth attempt at posting from mine. I am definitely going to have to go put it in for a service and clean or something, it’s driving me nuts!!!

More freebies :) and Halloween!!!!
Firstly I want to let you all know that SAS store is slow at the moment, we have upped the bandwidth a bit but with such great deals at the moment it’s like trying to get the best toy on Christmas Eve. Be assured that if you have purchased the Mega Kit 10 for $10 deal your downloads are good for 35 days and it might be a really wise idea to wait until next week to download them, they are mega kits after all and 10 of them and with lots of downloads to each kit it will take a longe time to download them all. With everyone downloading the same items there is bound to be a slowing of our poor server.

Okay so we don’t really celebrate Halloween here in Australia, we have kids come to our door but they usually aren’t dressed up and they just have a plastic shopping bag for the treats they are expecting. But I always have something for them. I got caught out a few years ago and resorted to giving them some change from my purse LOL. Also about 3 years back on my way home from work on Halloween evening I got stopped multiple times in the street by children (again not dressed up or anything) plastic bag in hand, in groups of like 6 kids asking for treats in the street. No parents anywhere to be seen, what is wrong with these people, this was in downtown Mascot not in suburbia (Mascot is inner city living for those who don’t know) and I definitely wouldn’t let any child of mine do this. So that’s my experience of Halloween, and now I stay home, don’t advertise that I am “with treats” and if they come they come. If not, we have goodies for a while.LOL
So being that I sell my designs at SAS and it is primarily an American site with American Designers it’s all spooky there at the moment with Halloween festivities and pumpkin carvings (scrappy ones) a bingo game and surprises on Halloween eve, which will be tomorrow for us Aussies since we are a day ahead. So if you are after a Halloween kit, or any kit for that matter (50% off this weekend) or feel like knocking on SAS’s forum door during your trick or treating go for it

And remember my new kit Dress Ups – Princess? Perfect if you’re not into black orange or purple and have a princess halloween pic to scrap. Well Here’s a free add on to play with, not pictured here is a scalloped mat that you could use with these cute elements. They coordinate with my Princess kit and how do you like my castle I drew? I am loving my pen tool at the moment, who knew it could be so easy. And I have to thank Atomic Cupcake for her awesome Puffy Felt Action, those elements just look so great with this action applied. If I do say so myself rofl!!

I Love My Hubby
Michael found this cool Camelia Garden that is open free to the public a few weeks ago while doing an overtime shift at Caringbah Station. So today when we went for a ride he told me to take my camera cause we were going there and back, about 46 km round trip on the bike. He put the whole camera case in his panion on the side of his bike and so I had my zoom lens and all with me. Here are some shots I took of my sweetie today. We had a good time and a good ride, though I am really sore LOL. I have been really slack and some of my weight has returned home to Momma which makes the ride harder, but it will help get the weight off again before next winter.
